Is there any update in relation to the mtb jerseys?
Anything yet??? Reason why I ask is that if were are still not aware as to when they will arrive could you not deliver the rest of the kit to me on the condition that I would pay extra for the mtb jersey delivery once that arrives?I bet mine turn up today at work when I'm 'working' from home. C'est la vie.
Edit: email received from reception - parcel in the post room for me (though I am expecting some Assos socks but they were only ordered yesterday with standard delivery)

Arrived!
Hermes courier is a sly old fox though. Both my wife and I were in all morning, yet the doorbell wasn't heard, nor a knock at the door. Despite that, a "sorry you were out" card found it's way through the letterbox, and the parcel was lobbed over the side gate. The myHermes tracking site says it was delivered as of 1059hrs, I found it at 1200hrs.
As to the product? Any fears that it'd be too 'snug' on me are unfounded (well, at least in my eyes). If anything I could perhaps have gone down to a size 4 in the jersey and winter jacket, whereas a size 5 (XL) was ordered. The bibshorts, in size 4 (L), feel great, on the other hand. Obviously I've yet to try them on the bike, but it's the first time I've tried on a pair of bibshorts on which the shoulder straps actually do something right from the off. Previously I've needed to fold a section over itself and stitch it down to get any 'support' from the straps, but these Bioracer shorts? Great fit round the thighs and spot on for body length too.
Now I'm not wanting to come across as a moaner, but, any complaints? Yes, as per usual. The jersey sleeves (both on the SS Prof Bodyfit, and the LS Winter Jack) are too long. This is ALWAYS the case for me, though, whatever the brand, so it may just be the fact that my arms are too short. Same with the body length, the hem is low enough that it obscures the crank end of the piston on the shorts. Again, partly my fault, as if I was thinner, and therefore better proportioned, then my short-arsed self could have ordered a smaller sized jersey that may have been shorter in the body. Bibshorts slightly long in the leg too, which'll play havoc with tan-lines in the summer...
Overall feeling is one of quality, and I'm very happy that this lot has now arrived. All that remains is to get it on, and get it tested on a ride to ensure that it is comfortable 'in use'. All the negatives were to do with sizing, and to be fair to Bioracer, I get the same issues with every other cyclewear brand, as the 'off the shelf' sizing simply doesn't suit my body type.
Thanks Gruffy! One very happy customer here. I'll just have to ensure that I don't loose too much weight over the summer now, or I'll be on the next list for a smaller size
