I can't believe you wouldn't haggle. Even if it is just to ask for a set of pedals for your new bike. If the owner of the shop doesnt like the deal you are proposing then they have every right to refuse. 99% of shops would rather accept a little less on the margin then me going to an online retailer and get nothing.
