Hey, Mr Garlick, have you sorted something out yet, eye-wise.
"Dennis Taylor" glasses, prescription sports goggles, contacts,
a long white stick fixed to the stem smile ?

Where did you get these from in the UK?

Sorry! Didn't explain that very well. Live in Australia now, so collected from Brisbane!

Thanks

Bugger. Yeah, the website says you have to collect them from your opticians if you want your prescription in them. Shame as the site has some really good deals on it.

Paul - how did you get on with these?

I'm looking at the moment at this company;
http://www.uksportseyewear.co.uk/

they were at a kit car show I went to 6 weeks ago and was impressed with them, then went to my local show at the weekend hoping to buy and they weren't there. D'oh. Anyway, I want a pair both for cycling and that I can use in our kit car too and they look pretty good. They also do prescription wrap around coloured lenses for not-silly-money.

Anyhow, hope it helps smile

Paul, I have an astigmatism too, and wear contacts. They are comfortable, and as you can imagine, makes cycling 100% easier!

PS My contacts are two weekly's- the monthly's were irritating and I wear contacts for 16 hours a day so the daily's wouldn't work apparently!
