Challenging road event in 2011?

I'm eager to get me name down on a challenging road cycling event in 2011. (Hoping it'll keep me
motivated over the winter months!)

I was looking to sign up the Etape Caldonia, but as it's in May and my wife is due our first late April, it's probably not going to be the best time to book something up.

Can anybody recommend anything of similar ilk? Anywhere in the UK really.
