It looks like a lot of Sportsman racers not entered (yet?)

yes, thats what jerrys statement says. lots of the entered sportsman racers are not on that list yet. i think that also counts for some pro entries.

The Hockenheim event is not that popular with the Sportsman racers from Holland. That's a pitty because the entourage, atmosphere and track are really one of the best. But when something happens, oildown, rain or other delays (like breaks on the strangest moments of the day) the sportsman racers always get the short end of the stick. With Hockenheim being a 3 day event, there is no way you can please 300 entries. so maybe it works better with just 150. For me this year, I will be in the grandstands again and that is really a shame because I have a raceready car at home...

yes but things have been better the last few years. things like rain and oildowns are unpredictable and a fourth day would help a lot. they wanna do a four day event but the hockenheimring is only allowed to have events with a certain noise level a limited amount of days a year. that includes drag racing, formula 1 and concerts. thats why it is only a three day event.

its a shame and i would love to see more dutch racers as you guys have a healthy scene and awesome vehicles. lets hope for the future.

ok, i just read on the german dragracing board that 238 teams have entered for the NitrolympX, sounds like that is without late entries and without those entries that could not be accepted (due to full fields in sportsman or missing required timeslips?).

this is the official entry list. Compared to what is online at dragracing.eu its 80 more entries however lord dante is missing in PS which makes it 7 entries there. no doubt a 16 car field will be run with 16 entries in PM despite the 19 entry limit for a 16 car field.

I expected Dez Krivan to enter in TMFC but he didnt. the rest of the field looks really good. with a fourth - sportsman day, i am pretty sure hockenheim would hit 300+ entries easily.

still not a fantastic pm field the car count is well down everywhere exept sweden

I am happy with 16 cars already as it is a relativly strong field. and its not the swedes missing this time. imagine 5 more cars from UK in the mix with gus and spencer in the future hopefully joining and its gonna be hell of a field next year. also with you doing the full tour. YAY!

maybe thats just a mistake. I also dont know a 12 avenger pro mod anywhere. norbert sat out until hockenheim so i dont think he has a new body or even new car.

a very trustworthy source tells me that janne ahonen will be in hockenheim. that makes 9 TF and good qualifying action!

Exactly. Whoever thought that accepting 4 doors in pro stock was a good idea wants shooting. Probably the same clown that thought 4 door charger funny cars were ok.

Hey Benni, i got a mail today telling me that to sell merchandise(t-shirts etc) at Hockenheim you have to buy a permit for £50?
Is that a local council thing,or a track thing?
It's either that permit,or sell at the speedgroup trailer for 20% commision.
Have you got any info on that?

Not that it matters to me of course,as i won't be there...
