FR Wheel alignment set up question ?

Morning piston headers, so I'm the new owner of a Honda CTR EP3 and I'm looking at getting the wheel alignment done pretty soon. Iv been looking though the Internet for the optimum fast road set up and iv found this.

• 1° negative camber all round
• 2mm toe in at rear
• 1mm toe out at front

I'm just wondering if this set up seems right to you guys and as I'm running standard suspension are these adjustments even possible ?.
