Are you not tempted to come along after the dentist? I hear novocaine does wonders for the driving skills!

Fingers crossed for good weather so we can get a few good pictures and some video too.

Hi, really small chance of this happening given it's my son's 4th birthday. Truth is that he'd enjoy it, but his mother has other thoughts.

Just out of interest, does anyone have a spare seat going, ideally in the front (my experience is that back seats aren't that much fun on passes)? I need all the bargaining tools I can get.

From 13:00 today, I will have no internet connection.

You will only be able to contact me by phone. Everyone who is attending should have received an e-mail from me on the 8th October with my mobile number.

Hope to see you all bright and early on Saturday morning.

To those who are dependent on rebuilds, I hope all is progressing smoothly and you will be able to join us.

Sorry, this is impossible :-(( the chap is working the whole Saturday to make-up his
appointments, going there 11.45 for around 90 mins, and I do not know my "condition"
afterwards :-(
Weatherwise: Rain during this night, now sunny and warm, I think it is due to the
"Foehn", sorry, don't know what's the word in Englisch is.Saturday ? I never trust the
forecasts.

I am looking forward to you reports :-)) and enjoy your trip.drivingdriving

Still not got my car over here as yet, but wondering who has a spare seat for this event? I'm pleased to see an M Coupe going for obvious reasons smile

I think it just means a warm southerly wind? Fingers corssed it just last until the end of tomorrow. Weather is looking ok for tomorrow but we all know how quick things can change in the Alps! Fingers crossed anyhow.

I'll be in Oberwald with my brother at 8pm this evening at the Sport hotel.

Chris....... I don't know who has free seats. You are more than welcome to come along if you are in the area. I only have a rear seat free which is not so much fun in a coupe!

Right, back to waxing the bloody car!

Unfortunately, the efforts of persuading Mrs Chandrew that the young lad really wants a drive in the Lotus for his birthday failed so I'm not coming frown Please take good pics and have a great time.

Hopefully I'll be on the next one to celebrate the opening of the passes.

Count me in for the next get together in the spring. Don't have an amazing car like on this list, but I am a massive petrol head.

Good luck and hope you get the weather!

eek were you already back in Zurich at 4PM ? or did you send the message from your cell phone ?

Sorry I couldn't join, but it was a matter of safety towards me and the other cars. Everything was fixed except the rear brakes that were at the limits. The joy of owning an exotic : spare parts always need to be ordered at the european dealer (in Belgium), takes time...

Please post your pics and vids !
