not trying to be akward but wouldn't it be easier for you just to quote?

You'd think that would be the case but I barely get a minute to sit down at the computer right now so its easier to leave them to make the arrangements plus they can advise if travel to a customers house is feasable or if it'd be better done at the unit etc.
More to it than just the quote
