Ok - I'll be the only one in the advanced group then

I would normally go in the experienced group JC, but i've never driven cadwell before so didn't want to get in the way of you fast boys

Could somebody who's driven Cadwell before tell me how far away the nearest fuel station is, if its to far i will bring my own.

And thanks for that Ian but my ears are ringing now

There's a Shell with Optimax in the town you drive through en-route from the South. About 8-9 miles away. Louth is to the North with several stations and only about 5 miles away.

Thanks for that Trefor.. If you would still like to go to Cadwell you are more than welcome to hitch a lift with me, i will be leaving my house in Chelmsford at 2pm on Sunday staying Sunday night in Louth and driving home around 5 oclock monday afternoon being home around 8.30pm,

Thanks for the offer. I'll probably not take the day off work now though. Being there and not having the car there would drive me bonkers too. I'll be booked a session there in June/June once I know when the car's coming back (obviously not a TVRCC day). I love Cadwell.

I'm sure if you turn up with your lid you'll manage plenty of rides. It's always fun to share a few laps with a passenger. If my passenger seat is vacant I'm certain you can join me for a session, though it does seem one of my, not exactly huge , circle of friends is bound to happen to have that day off work and nowhere better to be than Lincolnshire.

It will have to be the Griff as, although the taz is ready to go, I will have to tax and test the trooper to get it there! Then I'm into a whole new ballpark as I would be severly tempted to have a couple of races. So what would be a £150 trackday could end up very very enjoyable but could be potentially devastating for the wallet. Besides that I fancy seeing what the griff can do!

I suppose I should go in the advanced as I have experience of the track but not too sure as I've not taken the griff on a track yet - what do you think?
ps new starter motor should arrive tomorrow (they dont do reconed motors so its got to be a replacement)

I'm in, as long as the T350 still happy about it after Loton Park Hillclimb at the weekend. Must put a notice on dashboard though - 'please treat my soft tyres gently!'

Looking forward to putting a few faces to names

There are around 4 or 5 Tivs staying there....we should be easy to spot.

We'll be in our Saga Lout. Should also be a RR Cerb V8OOMPH, a black 5 litre Griff and a Green 4.5 Chim for starters....I'll be the daft looking one at the Bar.
