Ok just over a week to go to this epic double header - last year was my first trip and I resolved then I had to come back
We are heading over in the Atom on a Sat Chunnel and stopping en route to Spa - quite a few Atoms going and we are staying at La Source from Sunday - anyone on here making this trip or are you all staying home for the Jubilee??

I'm heading over with some pals. Will be there Tuesday. Crossing sunday for track day at abbeville on monday. Couple of blue caterhams (super light and r400), a v8 westy, couple of 911s and an s2000. We go every year- legendary track and trip! Fingers crossed for some decent weather!

Why would anyone in their right mind stay here for this royalist nonsense?
I went motorbiking in France for the royal wedding last year and booked up as soon as I clocked the date.
You're not the chap who spun behind my scruffy M3 at la Source are you?

^^^ Re spinning at La Source - wasn't me. Last year was quite uneventful, but the year before saw some expensive Porsche incidents including a very bent GT2 (white) and an even more bent GT3 (blue- lost it at Blanchimont). Eau Rouge, for all it's formidable reputation, seems to quite unpopular with the off pisters...

we all make mistakes, I certainly have plenty of my own on video. Whoever it was got straight back on it, caught me up again and sped off into the distance, to be fair.
I can't recall too many bent cars on my previous visits toSpa, hoping it stays that way too

I'm there spectating / drinking on the 4th  on track on the 5th, nurburgring 7th and 8th. Silver mk2 golf shed, red mk2 golf vr, and a escort xr3i eBay find ! Giving the 911 a rest. Come and say hello.
