Morning all.

Has anyone had any experience with the Keevil circuit? Haven't been to this one before but it looks as though it could get pretty busy. Limited info on the net too from what I can find.

Any advice welcome.

All best

It's a decent layout with a good variety of corners and some longer straight sections. Surface can be a bit rough. It's an anticlockwise layout so you get to even off that tyre scrubbing! MSE always run the days very well and good friendly atmosphere.

Was last there a few years back but had a blast. Echo the above posters comments.

Here is me exiting the hairpin smile

Have fun

I was there today in my black kit car! We had a fun day and I only spun once on the second lap - it was very slippery at first on cold tyres!

Did you have a good day?

Yep, I was there with a family member's Z4M Coupé. Yours wasn't the black kit car that broke its front suspension over the back of the circuit then. Had a twenty minute session on the main circuit with Erling Jensen of MSE in their house Elise. He told me I brake too gently, and go into corners too fast which compromises the exit speed. Need more time with him really.

Ah yes, the gent who was determined to keep me behind him for as long as possible before grudgingly letting me past!

Your car was surprisingly quick but I was stuck behind you for a few laps at one point, before you let me past and then I ran out of fuel so had to let you straight back past again.

No I wasn't the striker that crashed, that one was a turbo'd 2L Zetec with 320bhp, mine was the black/grey one with a mere 220bhp.

There were two Z4 Coupés, both blue. One was an M but the other was a 'mere' 3 litre and was being driven quite cautiously at first but more enthusiastically later on. I drove the 'M' for a few laps, perhaps t'was I? My attitude generally is to let anyone past so that I can then press on without being concerned about being 'T-boned' if I lose it.

I spoke to the nice chap in the Z4 non "M", and was talking to him when the 'M' version arrived about my car.

I don't think I encountered the non 'M' on the track, it was the 'M' version who I was behind a few times and he was determined not to let me past!

I'm not sure who you are now, the owner of non 'M' (I think) or the 'M'?! smile

Neither. I know the 'M' owner. I have a Westfield.
