Well I've had a chat with her.
She wasnt too impressed however she is going to play him at his own game. Ie she didn't go to HR nor will she but she will be telling he did via email etc.
Plus she clarified it happened by opening a chest of draws
So you've used it to your advantage and now you're steaming in there...like your style. She wasnt too impressed however she is going to play him at his own game. Ie she didn't go to HR nor will she but she will be telling he did via email etc.

South African in sexist nobber comment shocker!
No doubt that's what he does to all women.
When he's being escorted off the premises hold up an imaginary photo id and say, in a strong Afrkaan English accent "DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITEEEEAAAY"
(one for the over 30's)
Over 30!, you're kidding right!.No doubt that's what he does to all women.

I'm nowhere near 30 and know what that is in reference to.
I'd say over 20's is better!

If she has one to HR and made a formal complaint, i'd imagine he'll be on his way out of the company pretty soon.
So he should be as well. Language and attitude like that has no place anymore, and I'm glad of it. He needs punted back with a size 11 to whatever 1970's version of utopia he comes from. I'm not kidding. Lanugage like that is as much a form of bullying as any other, and I hate bullies.I have a daughter, whom hopefully will get respected in the workplace because shes's intelligent. The fact it's also looking like she'll one day be very attractive means that if some tosser pulled that one on her, her old dad here would have something to say about it if HR doesn't.
That comment is one for the pub, maybe, and I do mean thats a big maybe, if the personal relationship between the two people is the right one. Then it can become a laugh/joke scenario.
Put into the workplace, it's P45 time. No debate.
Also OP, does she have a Boyfriend? Just thinking of a situation at my old bank which resulted in the, very large and steroid using, BF waiting for the gent in question to leave the building. The gent in question decided he'd rather sleep the night in the office than head home........

Seriously? What an odd thing to say. shirt said:

Seriously? What an odd thing to say. Many years ago I 'had words' with someone who was pulling the sort of stunt as mentioned here on a girlfriend. When it finally came out it explained a lot ref. her moods, being over emotional etc. As I said, it's bullying, nothing nicer than that. I'd do the same again in a heartbeat for my daughter if it came to it.
Edited to add, pretty sad if you cant look at your kid and think one day she'll be as beautiful as I think her mother is. Oh well. Carry on gents.
