I think that 'they' have probably already made their mind up on any action that is going to be taken.

Don't try and say you are a novice twitter user as it doesn't hold much weight. Just be very apologetic.

If the worst does happen then just chalk it down to experience and move on. It looks like you weren't that happy there anyway so use this as an opportunity to move onwards and upwards.

Good luck,

BB
Cheers mate... could not have come at a worse time though, the mrs starts a new job tomorrow, so that is very much an unknown quantity. I guess there is never a good time to move in on the current climate though.

What did you do during the war Eric? I'm guessing you were in the RAF, judging by your keen interest in aeroplanes.

I was still a loose collection of atoms and molecules back then - probably mostly in a cow.

As above, Twitter account now gone. Will NEVER post this kind of content on social media sites again. Or join Twitter.

It's like the attitude test if you get pulled over by the police. It might not help if they have already made up their minds but it could make a difference. Then learn how to use Twitter, Facebook and whatever the next one is before jeopardising your job and save the complaining for when you're down the pub with your mates.
This! I'd even consider deleting your FaceBook profile in front of them to prove a point. You can always set up a new one at a later date, perhaps with an alias of some kind. However don't talk about your work on FB, unless it's positive* smile

*By positive I mean promotions, pay rises and closed deals ... not sleeping with the Receptionist!

Oh dear - this doesn't sound too good!

Hopefully you wont find yourself out of a job by this time tomorrow, if you are lucky enough to still be earning a salary then start looking to move on as your cards will be marked and you can bet your life you will be overlooked for any promotions that could have been offered to you.
