JordanSheppard is an independent consulting and head hunting practice based in Wilmslow with subsidiary offices in Sofia (Bulgaria), Chicago, Paris and Qatar. We operate internationally with clients from among some of the world’s leading blue chip diversified businesses across a range of vertical markets including Automation, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction, Oil & Gas and the converged IT and Telecommunications sector.

The company’s services include executive search, career management, occupational assessment, market research and training.

As the result of the acquisition of a number of significant international Corporate Search Agreements we require an additional Key Account Manager to become the primary interface with at least one of our multinational client partners.

Your responsibilities would include:-
· Management of retained search projects including research, recruiting and career development through to assignment completion

· Development and execution of search methodologies and client services across Europe

· Conduct senior level interviewing with assessment of individuals for detailed assignment briefings

· Conduct senior level client meetings and presentations to present the shortlists and management reports

· Identify and open new business opportunities with the client globally

· Identify new business opportunities within the market specialization

We would expect you to be a commercially astute and well-organized individual with the ability to engage and develop relationships at middle and senior level with major corporations from around the world.

You will have excellent people skills and project management capabilities, able to interpret our business development and assignment requirements into effective research and recruiting packages.

Additional language skills would be beneficial (French or German preferred) with a proactive and energized personality to contribute to the development of our successful consultancy.
