What does one put on a CV for a school go-er/leaver?

This is to get their first job, so no previous experience, just education up to NVQ.

I was thinking, something like:

Personal statement
Education (detailed)
Outside school projects
Reference details

All in all, I can't see it being more than a A4 page. not a problem, but its a hard thing to write, considering he can't sell his previous experience.

rofl

This is going to be fun.

ETA: Does dealing with his WoW account via customer services count? hehe

The rolf icon was because that's not really what he does! Playing on the PC and PS3 is more of his thing.

I'm going to get him to give me a list of stuff he's done, extra work, etc take it from there.

Has he been out on any work experience visits arranged by his school?

We have a few through here (Commodities Trading) every year and they are advised by their school to keep a diary of their time and add this into their CV when applying for jobs.
Yes, he's done work experience. One of the things I need to get him to 'remember' as they were not told to keep a diary.

Has he had no part time work, paper round or work in the voluntary sector?
No, that's half the problem! The CV is going to be a little blank...
