Okay, so you're told there are going to be changes within the business you are part of.

You're told that plans are currently ongoing, but x number of positions will be affected, and that more information will be distributed as and when it becomes available.

Representatives are identified and weekly minuted meeting held (in theory).

10 weeks on, you're still non the wiser as to exactly how you are affected.

Is this reasonable, and if not, what can be done?

Minutes from the last two weeks are non existent, very little has been said about our part of the business other than "announcement expected soon" etc etc.

Last week an email was sent advising there is an expected announcement this week. When checked on Monday a degree of uncertainty seems to have appeared..again.

Just heard this weeks meeting has been cancelled.

Have you asked direct questions?
Yep, been waiting for a proposal to be produced.
Now waiting for report to be approved.

Guess I'm just going to have to grin and bare it.
