Don't you mean "Libel". If so, you are correct. My solicitors know what to sue for, however. Watch this space. Nobody in their right mind (unless pissed) goes onto a public forum & calls somebody a (quote) "Kunt" (unquote) for their views. I do hope that the administrators of this forum keep daily database back-ups, for when they might be requested by the Met Police later today or tomorrow.
If anything, he meant "libel". Only a grade-A kuntock would use a capital letter in the middle of a sentence.

Poor Poppet, I'm guessing you've not been on a forum before, have you?

What did Giza say that was 'binned' and why is mikez being allowed to post such abuse without the mods stepping in?

i don't think you'll get any joy, as the owner of a similar forums i've had many many such legal threats over the years and not one have even ended with an official looking solicitors letter...

To succesfully sue someone for libel comments you need to be able to prove that those comments have somehow cost you money and then sue for that amount plus any compensation.

Theres plenty of documentated evidence on this forum of your provocative behaviour that won't help you in court, there are also lots of other technical legal reasons why you case is a waste of time.. but i'm sure your solicitor will explain them all to you rolleyes

Back to the original topic.

I put my E36 Evo on the market in November. Barely a sniff. Loads of people offering all sorts of weird and wonderful p/x's. But no real interest.

Come the new year and the phone rang off the hook. That had to be tempered with at least 6 people who booked appointments and never showed up or had the courtesy to call.

In the end the 1st person to view it, bought it. At a price that I was happy with. I had been very dismayed looking at the large number of sub £4k Evo's for sale. Goes to show that if you have a good product then it will sell.

Now I just need to do work out how to get more people to come and view in the 1st place.

In conclusion, yes I do think prices are creeping up. Stuff is starting to move again in the market which is great. Please let this movement filter through the rest of the economy.

I'm not sure prices are creeping up..

But nice cars for sensible money are still selling.
unfortunatly some people are asking pre-slump prices and they will find themselves waiting a while.

Amazed that anyone is seriously thinking prices are "creeping up".

Whats probably happened is that the bad cars &/or people who had to sell have now all sold whereas those who were not in a hurry to sell still have theirs at the higher asking price.

With thousands of job cuts announced day in day out the suggestion of any used car price increasing is verging on your taking the piss or your idiotic/detached from reality/"Im considerably richer than Yaw".
