Who has been drenched by someone doing that as your walking past, there wasn't anyone there. (this time!)

I've accidentally done it to someone! rolleyes I was driving along an unlit road one stormy night with puddles everywhere and saw a person wearing dark clothing as I came level with them and hit a huge puddle about 40ish. There was no way I could have avoided it because I only saw the puddle and the person at the last minute. They must have been completely soaked, I felt bad for the guy, but I suppose its funny looking back at it smile

I bet you had a good laugh at the time too? lol
I'll be honest i think i'd find it hard to resist don't get me wrong i wouldn't do it to a woman or kid and say a pensioner but if your a young guy then your fare game, i've had it happen to me a few times so its must be a bit of revenge not that i've ever had the chance there's never no one there when i go past a puddle lol. I know if i did i would laugh and then feel really guilty probably!

Oh go on then, maybe just a tiny giggle..

I was driving round a lane the other day near a bridge and saw a little old lady next to a huge puddle and the car in front of me had just soaked her, poor thing. When I came along, she just cowered against the wall, so I stopped and let her get well clear before I went through. Did my good deed for the day!

It did enter my head aquaplaning into the woods but the big kid in me just couldn't resist, it was flooded even more later on but thought i would of been tempting fate if i did it again, so yes i was lucky nothing happened the first time.

gentelman a rare breed, how someone could do something like that, just don't know and can't figure out how some people work, what if that had been someone else doing it to thier nan, i'm guessing they wouldn't be too happy then, i suppose they didn't realise but a old lady and a big puddle next to her so.... maybe if they had thought before hand she wouldn't of got soaked,

Not sure? what would they charge you with and how would they prove it? as long as its not a old lady as mentioned and only a young guy well its only a bit of fun IMO, i've had it done to me and a first i was not happy but soon seen the funny side (when i started to dry off a bit probably), The thread was more about the pic just made me think of the time i got soaked after i looked at it, there is no way i would soak someone that bad that's a bit naughty,

Yes you can be prosecuted for it. Of course this depends wether the 'soakee' has the presence of mind to take your full number plate and ring the Police. Rarely if ever happens.
