When were the first ones registered, if they were pre march 2001 they would avoid the road tax hike. Thanks.

The first UK cars were 2001 'Y' plates, so after March.

Do you really think it will make any difference ?. I'm confining myself to pre march 2001 cars from now on, until they backdate the scam further.
