Excessive wear on drivers bolster

Hi all,

I have just noticed what looks to excessive wear on my drivers bolster. I have took my car down to the local dealer who have told me this is just wear and tear, the car has only done 1670 miles and I am always careful when entering and exiting the car. I will post some pics up soon of the 'wear'. Has anyone else had similar issues. The car is an F80 M3 wil silverstone leather

It doesn't look as bad in the pictures, the car is to go back to the dealer tomorrow to allow them to perform additional checks.

The car went back to the dealers today and a new seat cover was fitted to the lower Part of the seat. It seems a bit looser than the previous one but I have been assured it will tighten up over the next few days
