New M3 Brakes issue

Took my new M3 to Palmersport Bedford for a brief spell on track a couple of weeks ago - West circuit. I cooked the brakes. I tried to smooth them off with some very hard long stops followed by letting them cool naturally, which improved them. However, they still juddered a bit. Today the car went to the dealer - new front disks and pads for £805. I cannot afford that very often - so unfortunately no track days for this car. Has anyone else had brake problems with the new M3?
