I wouldn't sweat it mate: at the end of the day, you could prolly remove the turret oil with absorbent toilet paper if you needed-to = there's not v. much oil in there after all..FYI I have one these for this sort of job:

The above kit from Demon Tweeks would do the job. I take it your gear oil of choice doesn't come equipped with a handy/long spout then.
