Zetec into MX5?

Has this conversion been done, are there any companies specialising in this conversion?

2.0 zetec black top with 40's and a nice exhaust should see 160bhp and a head job up to 225bhp.
How do I acheive this with a 1.6 MX5 engine?

Sorry, went back and read another post, not 225 but about 200bhp with head work, this is achieved with new cams port n polish and adjustable cam wheels.

My Zetec is 160bhp out of the box with a 4-1 exhaust system on 40s.
