very nice ! What's the Corvette like to drive?
It's an absolutely incredible car. Disappointingly it's too loud to have much fun on track without getting black flagged, but that's not really the car's fault.
If I was honest to myself, it's probably too powerful to really have loads of fun on English roads, but on my road trip to the Loire area of France in July it really was able to show me how amazing it is.
Blessed to own such a special car IMO.

Who needs subtle? This was my driveway a couple of years ago...

This is brilliant.
Imagine if all cars on the road were like this, instead of motorways and car parks looking like a miserable sea of grey and black, everywhere would look like a tropical sea/rainbow!

RS built in Germany ??
Designed, developed and built in Germany, with an engine supplied by Volvo and a LSD supplied by Quaife from the UK smile

Don't think the old SVE team in the UK had any input into the Mk.2 design by this time (may not even had any into the Mk.1 Focus either?)
Oh well. It was an excuse to post the photo.

FoMoCo Corporate HQ is still in Detroit though, so ultimately, its not completely incorrect to say 'all-American'............

Oh, and its the best colour for a Mk.2 RS by a country mile beer
Some might say at my age I should have gone blue, but with the Corvette in the garage, no way I could go for anything other than the green. And I still wear a backwards cap, so it works.

Much easier getting out of the vette after parking it there than the RS...... laugh

I'd be driving the RS in.
So far it's been my one and only time parking the RS in there, having parked the Vette there many many times, so it was just second nature to reverse in. Of course, I realised the error of my ways once I was in! laugh

rofl that does seem to be a somewhat 'suboptimal' parking space eek
Luckily it's my Mum's flat, so not very often I need to be there!
