Daytona Fridays it is! Kind of... it's actually my fiancées watch, but I'm going to look at one for myself this weekend.

This is my new watch in memory of my sister who passed away just after Christmas last year. Like me, she loved her holidays and when I saw this with the world time function I thought it'd make a long lasting and fitting tribute to her that could be passed on to the next generation. So long Rach, I hope you'd approve.

Many thanks to Dominic Hackett who made the buying experience a pleasure.

Sorry to hear of your loss. What a nice watch to be able to dedicate to her memory.

Omologato Ecurie 172 for me today- finally got round to putting on a bracelet (thanks to the £50 Watch thread)
Still in two minds about it but should be ok as a holiday watch /weekend beater

That looks very tight, are you sure you can feel the tips of your fingers?

Not tight all my watches let me put my little finger under the watch case when my wrist is warm. Must be the angle of the pic

That sounds very loose. Do your watches often slip off?
