I agree on that! Tough solar is a particular feature to look out for as it means the watch is solar powered - meeting your good battery requirement.
The blurb reckons it'll run for a month or so in pitch black.

And it's the right size for my girly wrists

A quick heads up, the G-Shock Zebra Camouflarge is about hit the shelves in very limited numbers and it is avalible from Casio online and G-Shock East Casio London.

This is the classic DW-6900 in different coloured zebra print.

I have the Green one incoming, thereis stock online, these will sell out fast.

I have been after a bright Green G-Shock for ages.

I'm a big fan off G-Shocks, and the brighter ones for sure, i have getting on for 50 of various flavours, and i've got to say i'm not keen on these zebra stripe ones so i'll be keeping my money in my pocket for these.

I'd be interested in seeing a proper pick when you get yours.

My first g shock and its bloody huge ! Well its the biggest ever made apparently. I bought this off ebay thursday night the auction finished during the england match it arrived today. I think it was a bit of a bargain, im going to use it for mtb anyway so will get well thrashed.

For £36 its well used but after I cleaned off the previous owners slime vomit it looks much better.

Its 'the king' gx-56 but im sure most will know that nerd

I will do a picture, My 13 year old son is big in to collecting G-Shocks, so if i do not like it he will snap it up. I only like the Green one and have been after a Green DW-6900 for ages.

I was tempted to get one of the GD-X6900 camo ones, but not so sure on them.

I have a GD-X6900 MNM , it is a fantastic watch.

My tastes err towards the conservative side, however I quite like that... wobble

Investment potential? Not in the Rolex sense, however I know that other limited editions have become quite sought after once new stock has dried up.

For generic bombproof watch, may I recommend one of these...

I thought I'd broken it this morning, no display - entire thing looked dead.

Power save mode; picked it up and it sprung back into life.
I guess that's how it does weeks with no real battery.

G-Shock for girlies?

My missus wants a more rugged/ less precious watch than her Rado, she was thinking about a Swatch, but given I've just bought a G-Shock and am pleased with it was wondering if there's are models suitable for women? Mine wouldn't look right on her, but she won't want something too overtly girly...

Ideas?

caught my eye.

Why do the ladies get such funky watches.
