Seeing as we appear to be having a Bulova 262hz love in, here's mine.

I think I remember you buying that a few years ago and nearly getting one myself. Very nice distinctive design.

I love the 262khz movement. Just looks so expensive the way it moves!

Heres my 262khz that I've had for around 6years:

You have a furry cuff!

That's a looker! What model is it? I wrongly thought the 262 only appeared in a couple of modernish designs.

Not that i dislike the precisionist but might have to go and actually buy one if they have it in watches that look this good.
It's called a surveyor. Here is a youtube on it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=boI-lrdUE4g

My pic doesn't do it justice, the video does!

Here is an article I found:

https://www.ablogtowatch.com/bulova-accutron-ii-su...

Had a look at my history and I actually purchased it on Jan 1st 2017 off Amazon for £194. Just within thread budget!

No old chap, mine is never being sold, it's one of two watches I bought for my 50th, the one I advertised, which I believe is still available, is being sold by a work colleague.

Some Marathon watches on big discount, although only 1 is thread friendly. biggrin

I just managed to get the last black dial bracelet MSAR, £500 less than on the Official website.

I'm kinda tempted. I've seen it in the thread before and it does look really great, but it's also kinda huge at 46mm, especially with the chrono buttons sticking out... how do you get on with it?

I won't lie, it is fairly large at 46mm, but remember that I have gorilla wrists.
The buttons do dig into the back of my hand a little, but it's a cracking watch both to wear and own, quite striking either in light or dark as the lume is incredible.
It's not particularly heavy which is nice, but does have presence, and it does stand out with the colour scheme.
It keeps amazingly accurate time, and as there's no date window is very easy to read and set.
They all come in a fabulous presentation box with both the mesh bracelet and a really nice blue leather strap.
The domed AR coated sapphire crystal glass does distort at the edges slightly but this doesn't detract from being able to read the watch at all.
The hidden strap mounts are a really nice touch making the whole watch face the focus instead of lugs.
Personally I really like it.

OK Bobbers, you've sold me! I'll PM you tomorrow when I'm (a) not wrestling with a roast chicken, and (b) sober. Assuming I remember to do so biggrin

Not a huge watch person have a breitling but sucked in dam watch youtube and found studio watermelon are production gen2 coming for sale in 3 days. Love the idea of mechanical watch what are PH views on the watch just a cleaver selling on Ltd numbers with good guts of watch. V odd looks.
You mean this? They've been mentioned on this thread before I believe, I'll have a dig and see if I can find anything.

Interesting look for sure.

I've got a bit of a thing for these, specifically the 'Goofy Panda' one but have never seen any of them in the flesh. I too am wondering if it's worth a purchase or not.

It's not fancy, but since adopting my quartz Lorus as a work watch I can't help but be impressed.

Lightweight, tough, small and a lume that seems to last for hours. Perfect for the night shift. Standard strap was beyond awful, but a decent silicone one has made up for that. Great buy at argos for £30!

I’ve had a Mint Choc Chip for a while now. I love it, very nicely made, great details and it’s just fun. Put mine onto a metal strap and it’s now one of my favourites.

I think those colours are nicer than the Melon one, but obviously a bit more traditional.

I've had a lumibrite for a few years now and its perfect for a grab and go watch.

Mine is on a £2 ebay special canvas watch strap and it really transformed it!

Just a quickie to say SportsPursuit (you may have to sign up to view? But no problem with them, just tempting spam...) turn out to have a load of watches in thread price range.
I'm not that up on watches in general to know which are real reductions and which are DFS/SportsDirect style but thought you lot might like to browse.

Some examples:

Fairly classic: https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/...
Eye catching: https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/...
Eye searing: https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/...
I think I like it?: https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/...
I know I like it: https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/...
Bonkers AF: https://www.sportpursuit.com/catalog/product/view/...

Anyway, there's 557 products with the filter set to max £211.49, so knock yourselves out wink

Boderry Titanium was waiting for me when I finished work this morning, personally I like it. Stuck it on this softer nato and it wears pretty well.

Didn't fancy their infamously awful customer service and postage, so found one on amazon for £92 and was going to buy it, until this one came up on ebay used, worn once. £50, not bad.
