Nor me. I haven't seen one I'd buy. I have enough to buy one, I just don't want to. I can see the appeal of a quality sports watch that isn't a Rolex, but the Pateks munt too badly to own one.

A review here on that VC timepiece, tells you what the dials show and the price, oh my God the price, stunning piece of watch making though, a proper watch you might say.

Thanks - it's a lovely piece. Obviously it's only the case size (44mm) that is putting me off, nothing to do with the £350k asking price... http://www.bexsonn.com/hands-vacheron-constantin-t...

What I like is the lack of over the top embellishment.
It just quietly goes about its business of showing sunrise, sunset and equation of time in a relatively subtle way. Not too gauche like, say, the Patek Sky Moon Tourbillon 6002) which, to me, is a bit hideous.

Wow, very good!! Any more photos?
I will have a look. It isn't mine (sadly). I organise watch events at various watch boutiques. Last night it was VC, so I had a while to wear and play with it - but it completely slipped my mid to photograph the rear - which is really lovely. Has the power reserve indicator on the back - which I think is a better place for it than the face.14 day power reserve!
The rear (not my pic)

Only a bit? I know these are oil oligarch specials and sell into different cultures, but that Patek is shocking. As you say the VC is a model of good taste next to it, but I'd say only next to it. I'm sure that both are great feats of engineering but I wouldn't wear either.
I'd have a nice white gold Calatrava if I found £15k down the sofa and I'd run out of ideas for anything else to buy. No rush though, I've got what I want with my Seiko Alpinist and the other bits that make up my modest collection.

Loving the power reserve on the back as well, I'd like a watch with a power reserve indicator.
