Seems like you might have done even better with a Glycine, it's a lovely watch though I won't push you for the story. Donation sounds noble though. I on the other hand spent the money on a decent meal out for the family, and some treats for the kids. Everyone seems more accepting of my watch obsession now.

I've had hands on both the MoonSwatch and the Bulova Lunar Pilot, and I very much agree with Barchettaman, the Lunar Pilot is by far the better watch.

But after receiving a classy little German number for my Birthday, and subsequently buffing up a couple of old flames from my youth, I seem to have stirred an interest in these lovely things. Consequently, I've resolved to establish a themed collection of vintage Parker classics. Perfect inspiration to start work on my first novel...
