Nice, Playsatan - I have had that strap on a more recent Seiko panda-style chrono.

My girlfriend keeps suggesting I put my Alpinist back on this Zulu (hey, we can post Zulus in a NATO thread can't we?):

With the number of buckles it's a bit bulky which is why it's not currently on it; might get a 3-ring NATO version of the same.

Zulu buckles just don't suit watches in that style. Nato in that color scheme would look great.

Recently popped this onto my '67 meters first 5513. Not totally convinced by the zulu loops but will give it a while to see if I gel with it. Odd angle making my wrist look really skinny.

Finally ordered a new Nato for a beater I found in a retro shop. What you're looking at here is a £5 junker on a £5 strap laugh. First ever Nato but I'm now thinking of a leather one for my other watches.

Boom! Whazam! The thread is back!

Bumping this for the following video - skip to the 6 minute mark.

A real gamechanger for me as I was struggling to get on with NATO straps, but this sorts it out opens the world for garish strap combinations.

1st time this watch has been off the stock leather strap.

Correcting the pvd hardware conflict with a new grey strap with satin steel.

I think it will be a great combination.

Or just buy a one-piece strap?

Could cut the tail off if you really don't like it?

Seamaster on a zuludiver strap. Best quality I've tried for the price. Only genuine omega seem better but at 8 times the cost.
