Yes

The Sea Dweller 116660 is gorgeous but I won't know until it's on.

I better brush up before I visit jewellers.

If you want a large watch that will hold it's value , go for a vintage Breitling Navitimer. The Sub's will allways retain there value though. Go for what you like. Don't just buy on investment alone. You have to love the look aswell.

I agree that you should buy based primarily on what you like. You'll look at it a hundred times a day (to see what the time is) and other people tend judge you by what's on your wrist. When I was buying watches to take apart and see how they were made I got them mainly from pawn brokers. Most popular brand - Breitling, closely followed by Rolex's with partial gold bracelets. Good way to buy them cheap, and classic for the, 'just nipping down the pawn shop to see if there's anything good', line to the wife.
