Lots of watchies will be able to replace the glass chap are you after a Genuine Rolex glass
or would you prefer an aftermarket glass, also is the glass mineral or sapphire?

And if the model is 14*** model I've got a brand new aftermarket sapphire here happy to sell.

My watchmaker can help if you're interested. He's Rolex certified so can get genuine parts. Message me if you're interested.

Same as my father in laws and we can get parts for that without a drama. Buzz me if youre interested.

Hi there . If the glass has fragmented it may be worth considering a service . The fragments can and do get into the watch and cause problems . If its a chip or crack but external only then you will be ok with a sapphire only . Use genuine parts and make sure its water tested its worth doing the job well .

The Datejust 16030 is fitted with a acrylic (plastic) crystal. These don't shatter and fragment like a synthetic sapphire crystal fitted to the later 162-- variants. An original Rolex supplied part should be fitted for under £50 by a sympathetic watchmaker.

Yup. Easily polished too if you scratch it.
