No naming and shaming so please forgive the ambiguity.

Looking for a beater, impulse purchase. Cannot find the one I want so decide to go second hand as the jeweller had one in stock for a discount. Strap is worn so request a new version.

2 weeks down the line. Money has been debited from my acc but no watch. Jeweller sent one mail stating that there was a delay and the firm has let them down. Told to expect a mail on the weekend as to progress. No mail received. I have since sent a mail requesting update (yesterday lunchtime) and no response. Do I simply wait or wrap my hand in and do a charge back on my CC?

Communication has been a little poor to be fair. Any return mails have been on my prompt. What is the standard on 2nd hand purchasing?

Thoughts?

Cheers.

Call them, if you are not satisfied with the response ask for your money back.

That.

I would be annoyed if they'd charged me with no delivery.
