... But I now have my Sinn UX back.
took longer than I wished but back working after stopping in Mid APril. Send back off then and just picked it up today.
Has anyone had any issues with their Sinn watches?
I ask as I really like my sinn, a great looking watch which I had used evry day. But after having it only 4 months and just stopping then having to wait 3 months to get it fixed has made me hope I don't get any issues in the future

How was the communication from Sinn while your watch was with them?took longer than I wished but back working after stopping in Mid APril. Send back off then and just picked it up today.

Don't get me wrong - I love my Sinn (903 Nav) it's a solid lump of steel with great fit and finish. However, it's just coming up to 2 years old and the chrono function has twice suffered from a 'non reset to zero' issue in the time I've had it, the second time within a week of coming back from being fixed. Both times I sent it back directly but I also experienced no feedback during the time it was with them. I didn't even get confirmation of receipt until the estimate for repair letter arrived (of course, I know the couriers had delivered it). I replied via email to confirm the repair work should proceed (free both times under warranty) and then heard nothing either time until I either chased them or it arrived back at my door. 2 - 3 months both times.
Hopefully it's fixed this time - in 18 months it's spent nearly as much time 'on holiday' in Frankfurt as with me. My similarly 7750 powered Glycine Incursore 3867 doesn't seem to suffer the same issue (yet ! ).
