Cost of Batteries - Omega Watches

I have an Omega Magic Watch (see the picture at http://www.omegawatches.com/index.php?id=501)

and also an Omega Equinoxe (see the picture at http://www.omegawatches.com/index.php?id=502)

Both require batteries and I have been quoted £65 each plus £15 each for the "cost" of sending them to Omega.

This seems an outrageous amount. Is there a reliable cheaper alternative?
