Suggestions for a friend

I have a mate who is looking to buy a new watch, max budget is £350. He is ideally after something with a metal bracelet, fairly classic in style but a decent size. Also he wants to avoid the fashion brands and go for a proper watch manufacturer, and if possible something with a Sapphire Crystal glass, is that even possible at £350?

I've tried to peusuade him to up the budget a touch, and look at an Oris or an Omega, but he can't right now. So what do you guys reckon?

I'm liking this one at the minute, but hey it's not my decision.
