This is quite close to me, but checking the address you gave on googlemaps - it looks like a farm - are you sure this is the meeting place?

The only animals on this farm are on the menu. you wont need to bring wellies either.

Evo 6 Tommi Makinen with a few extra horses. Not very well at the moment but hopefully thats getting fixed this week.
