Any interest in a run to Mercedes-Benz world? I'll be in something that uses petrol by then...

It may just be a nice drive through Amersham/Chesham ect rather than a proper "hoon".

I'm happy to lead a small group on some interesting roads for a bit until we hit the M40 or M4, and then waft into the service.

1. YesItsARover - MG, with or without busted clutch
2. Jason - Civic Type R

I have a friend going to the SS in his newly purchased Boxster S so my attendance on the run will depend on whether I can convince him to join in too. Where abouts off the M1 are you thinking of starting? I'll be coming from out Hemel Hempstead way, and he'll be starting out in St. Albans.

weeping Brings a tear to my eye that does Stephen! Honoured!

We have just put a deposit down on a house today and so we will be off and away in Northants the first week of October!

Steve suggested a little "run" up there to help us move all our mountains of children's toys - 20 miles of M1 up to Milton Keynes but after that it's mostly good hooning roads to the new house! driving

First the MG Revival Run, next the Great Housemoving Hoon. If you PM me your new postcode I could look into a little bespoke route starting from WGC?

Sounds like a good laugh. We do need to move 3 cars up there after all...
Pr'aps we could have moved the family Punto and all the stuff up in a big van beforehand and take the MR2s and friends up on a run on the 9th, the last Sunday of our tenancy in WGC, with a single item in the boot of each MR2 for symbolic reasons. Could be combined with a housewarming afterward!

It's all falling into place... cloud9
