I just love the early/baby Spit
yes I much prefer the look of the 'short-nosed' Spits.

Very dainty - but I also love the bog nosed bruisers such as the 22 and 24.

I took my son to Duxford last Saturday. Any excuse to go!

I stood looking at MH434 for ages. For almost 5 minutes it was only me & my boy, alone in the hangar...4 was it, can't remember?

Was actually quite a powerful, surreal experience as it was completely quiet in there... You could almost feel Ray & Marks spirit still with the machine.

Sticks.

Any excuse....saw this at Lydd some time back. Followed up by a twin doing some filming.

Did I mind we had to wait while it took off? Nice to watch.

Sorry, Lydd London Ahford International I mean....

What a beautiful machine, and a fantastic restoration.
