Brand new. Well, 1991.

The seller's transaction history seems somewhat at odds... but hey, I'd send him 24M no questions asked...

Oh hell, that is Islander which was, belive it or not, built as a sailing yacht!!!!!!!! In fact i will find a photo on the internet, I have a feeling we may have quoted the conversion to Motor yacht a while back, 3 or so years ago, but I seem to remeber it was done in the USA.

Its a bit "matter of fact" for something costing £15m!

Yes, not the sort of thing you'd buy off Ebay is it?!

As I understand it, it was a "motorsailer" as it was supposed to be making best advantage of both worlds.

The actual broker selling it (YPI) are only asking $16m
I might ask the seller why he is asking $8m than the broker.

Not sure if the seller is legit or not, but the price is right. £10million, that's the price on the official YPI International website page, however on the PDF brochure it says $10million which is £6.4million.

Cheap, yes. http://www.ypigroup.com/yacht-islander-for-sale-30...

Not as cheap as Southern Cross II though at £9million - http://www.fraseryachts.com/sale/sale_gallery.aspx...
