Can I find out what flies low over my house each night?

Just curious really - is there any way I can find out what it is and where it's going? I know it's a helicopter, it's clearly quite low, and it's always at the same time c11pm each night.

Sometimes - but I'm not what you'd call a regular (Frank's still polite to me) - Deuchars is OK, but there are much nicer IPAs at home

Other posters' views have been confirmed as correct. I live quite close to the airfield in Bicester, which is en route, it seems.
