new boat engine, remote control

just replaced the engine on my boat, an the remotes box is a push not a pull.

anyone know a place that does them for a reasonable amount?

£200 for a box is rather annoying

blimey, lots of questions there.

its a single side mount, standard cables, would be best for a single lever control box.

not sure the 5hp quite needs race throttles

had it in bits, an it cant be changed, its an old yamaha thing.

have got an offer on a yamaha pull 701, for 90 so that should fit the bill

ive decided to go with a second crewman to work the throttle, the speed will be getting upto need a man to steer an one to handle the huge power.

or i might have found a 701 box on ebay to do the job
