Quite shocked, and impressed, at how many people have beer for breakfast.

It was onion! Cooked the sausages on it in the oven, and didn't want to let it go to waste!

Damn that looks good... lick Don't often have it though, as when I start it I realise that I can make it better by adding bacon, then I feel obliged to add sausages and consequently beans etc etc, and before I know it i've ended up with some hideous monstrosity that would happily solve starvation in most of Ethiopia.. frown

One orange, one yellow. Nice!

Oh, and you can beat it! Cut a hole in the bread, shallow fry it on one side (fry the 'holes' you cut out as well), then turn over and break an egg in the middle. When egg white is set but yolk is still runny, transfer to plate. Deeeelish.

I'm guessing you have a tractor lawn mower? If you do, can I cut your grass?

The Fried Bread was consumed just after the bacon was finished, and the eggs were cooking.

It's an appetiser!

This was my first attempt at an American pancake... Kinda worked, except at 12 inches across and 1 inch thick, and with a full pack of bacon, it was pretty hard work - despite half a punnet of blueberries it still needed quite a lot of butter and syrup to get it down...
