The dodgy frying tools are now reserved for barms, fake mcd’s and when the eggs aren’t fresh.

Chocolate scotch eggs for breakfast yesterday

Are those creme eggs wrapped in Scottish truffle mix and rolled in chocolate vermicelli? If yes, the calorie content must be off the scale! I really want to try one though lick

An AMG breakfast, is without doubt a fine example of a FEB, looks very scrumptious; apart form the beans, but that’s my problem.

Apart from personal preference, AMG's beans, and therefore his breakfasts, always look great. Properly reduced, I can't stand a 'bean lake' spreading over the plate, soaking into the toast or fried slice! Don't get to eat a FEB often so to get to enjoy one vicariously through this thread is a joy! yum

A bought breakfast , this cafe offers cumberland sausages that are a cut above the average greasy spoon.

Don't know AMG's method but I like to add a good knob of butter to thicken and cream them up yum

Branston Beans, a low heat therefore slow reduction and always in a pan. I cannot emphasise Branston Beans enough. I did say that like Patrick Bateman in my head.

That butter style spread is quite vibrant.

It’s a combination of butter (I hope, rather than margarine) and mustard.

Funny that, MrsB swears by Branston Beans, I'd always used to just by the cheapest. I have to agree with you (and my wife, of course) they are good.

It's all they serve at Dorsia. If you can get a reservation, that is.

I have no idea what or where that is but I hope they don't get them on the fried eggs. smile
