I should explain.. if you thought my last post was a bit random.. I know they should really be in the photographic forum.. but I don't have much to say about the photography.. only the food.

This and the Lemon Tart was eaten for lunch.. coupled with a scotch egg, I was photographing food today.. got to eat the tart and the bruschetta. the bruschetta was hot as mustard .. raw garlic and chilli..

Keeping it simple today..

Prawns, Squid and Scallops, Fried then tossed with Coriander, Sea Salt and Black Pepper, served with Fresh Tartare Sauce..
