I've tried a few of these "City Kitchen" dishes from Tesco and for pre-packed fodder they're quite palatable. This is today's Katsu Curry.

The entire premise behind 'katsu' is that it is a breaded and deep fried or baked pork cutlet or chicken breast.
You can't just call a chicken curry 'katsu'.
