Are you in my office? Little snooze is harmless!

Decided to contribute rather than drool today, Tesco Thai green curry with Jasmine rice - not bad for £2.50!

This is my attempt at being a bit more healthy, well, eating something tasty and healthy (which is quite difficult). I have two chicken thighs and this, my Supersalad.
It contains:

Lettuce
Carrot
Toms
Cucumber
Cheese
Sweetcorn
Onion
Pine nuts
Polish ham
Gherkin
Dressing.

I'd like to swap the processed ham with something more healthy as aside from the dressing everything is what the body needs. The only thing I can come up with is chicken, but I already have that as a side.
