Fried eggs replete with obligatory crispy edges and chillis - inspired.

The rest looks a bit, green and ricey.

It looks great. The eggs were necessary for richness.

I like the dressing in a jar idea too.

trip to waitrose managed to grab a rotti chicken, bit of salad and a healthy dollop of fresh mayo..

split it with a knife gave half to my partner who is currently experiencing a food coma behind his Mac ( poofta)

Last nights Singapore chow mien cold as we have clients in so couldn't use the microwave also trying to avoid eating the prawns.

I'm on a diet..

3/4 of can of john west salmon, a bag of veg and one chilli, dash of soya sauce.. 267 calories.. grumpy

with the help of instagram actually looks half decent.. it wasn't absolute filth. its the way its going to be for the next 8 weeks. grumpy

I may even start a new thread for the dieting highlights.. if there are any.. grumpy

binned it..

it was 151 calories per 100g, 215g tin.. actually had 2/3 of it, which is 200 calories plus veg etc..

trying to stay below 1000 calories a day.. its anal, but someone has to do it.

evidence ( I just fished it out of the bin )




No more Paella's, Thai food, Steaks or Half chickens at the desk.. I will be resourceful and disciplined.
