I have no idea and putting "metka o smaku cebulowym" into Google hasn't really helped.
According to Google translate (so take it with a pinch of salt), it's 'tag-flavored onion'.In this example, the meat has additional onion flavoring.

When ordering food if anyone offers you the choice of meat or strawberry filling, you should take that as a clue that you've ordered badly thetapeworm said:

Someone gives you food to try and you bin it? What a dick.
I can only apologise to you, clearly you are very upset by my actions. I agree they weren't ideal, what can I do to make it up to you and change your low opinion of me for the better? I popped into my local for some kabanos earlier and he talked me into Tarczyński ones on the basis they were the ones the locals liked. I liked the fact I could sit and eat them like noodles but they weren't big on flavour (I like lots of garlic and juniper).
Shown are chicken, chilli and pork, I've seen the pork ones in supermarkets for about £1.80, this "party pack" of 150g was £2.49 so not great value compared with the loose ones I normally get.
I also apologised for wasting his raw mince spread.
