I can't believe you like the elderflower?
Yep, even the elderflower.

Currently I have a crate of Kopparberg summer fruits chilling in the man fridge, along with some Bollinger for later lick

This is fabulous, as long as the pub serving it knows how to keep it, and serves it in the correct glass. The glass is vase-shaped and has a metal rim that enhances the flavour. Wonderful.

Something different and non alcoholic: pomegranate syrup (from middle-eastern grocers or Sainsbury 'Special Selection') with sparkling water.

'traditional' drink in our house . Pomegranate syrup + soda water + frozen grapes + frozen sliced strawberries.

I hate bulmers for this

they've spawned a new market by just adding ice

next, someone will come up with the idea of adding it to lager

I have to say that on a hot sunny day a properly made G and T is fantastic but I only like to have one. Also, a very cold, very dry Cider.

Cheers!

Isn't it a 60's thing, when Cider used to be in barrels on the bar, so people had Cider with ice to chill it down?

Ah, sundowners. As the evening starts to just cool off, try this.

A healthy shot of Mount Gay Rum.
A good splash of Angustdura Bitters.
Fresh Lime juice to taste.
All topped off with Tonic Water poured long over ice.

Real Caribbean Limein'.

Can I also nominate Corona. Yes yes I know, but I love it and a dozen of them make perfect BBQ accompaniment. smile

Quite hard to decide.. I can never seem to stick to just one alcoholic drink when its hot. drink

Non-alcoholic its got to be a nice, ice cold mango juice OR some peach & apricot juice.

Alcoholic? Take any one from the following list:
Kopparberg (Pear or Strawberry & Lime. NOT Elderflower.)
Brothers Strawberry cider (Not quite as sweet as Kopparberg imo)
Desperados
Corona
Sol
Pimms
Southern Comfort & Lime on Ice
Heiniken
..and, im a little bit ashamed to admit to this BUT Fosters in those Scuba cans go quite nicely with a warm sunny day.

...Ok now i'm just listing the contents of my fridge.

ETA: Kronenburg blanc, Draft. Bloody lovely. Shame you can't get it anymore! frown
